Advancement Assistant III, UT Martin
My position includes…
supporting our fundraisers as well as gift processing for UT Martin annual giving.
My favorite UTFI memory is…
I can’t really think of just one favorite memory, but if I had to pick something it would be our staff retreats where we all get to come together as one.
My favorite part of my job is…
coming to work with coworkers who are more like family and making a difference in our students lives by providing them ways to further their dreams that without private contributions from our donors may not have been achievable.
As a kid I wanted to be…
a nurse or in the medical field.
My bucket list includes…
traveling to Italy.
My hidden talent is…
I know sign language, in college I taught signing for a local church which is actually where I met my husband! 🙂
My theme song is…
“9 to 5” by Dolly Parton.
Few know that…
as a child I was terrified of clowns. Yet as a child my parents thought it was great idea at one of my birthday parties to paint our faces like clowns! Worst birthday party ever, I don’t think I smiled in any of the pictures. LOL
The best piece of advice I’ve ever received…
Always protect your name and never change who you are for anyone.
Early bird or night owl.
Let’s just say most of my coworkers know not to talk to me until after 10 a.m., so I guess Night Owl.
