As we kick off 2026 with great fundraising momentum, we are also rolling out an exciting enhancement: donor giving summaries will now be emailed for faster, more convenient delivery.
Year-end giving summaries will be processed in ACE and emailed to donors by Jan. 31. Emailed summaries provide faster delivery for donors and help streamline processing for our staff. Donors who do not have an email address on file will receive a printed copy in the mail, postmarked by Jan. 31.
♦ ACE Pro Tip: You can use the filter by designation feature to help pinpoint transactions to certain designations. This is especially helpful for someone with a large giving history!
Reporting:
Year-End Reporting: All 2025 year-end gifts are planned to be processed by Jan. 13. In order to allow the data warehouse to refresh on Jan. 14, report requests will be fulfilled starting Jan. 15. Thank you for your patience as we work to finalize calendar year-end gifts.

The Project Plan - Milestones
The priority tasks outlined in each milestone will focus on data integrity, streamlining workflows and ensuring that ACE fully supports the Foundation’s mission. As each milestone nears completion, the priorities and next steps will be updated and confirmed. Formal planning sessions will take place to determine specific deliverables, training and communication plans based on the order of operations for the data issue fixes.

On February 28, UT Foundation launched a partnership with Kindsight. In the coming months, the Kindsight team will immerse themselves in our organization with a focus on data integrity, streamlining workflows and ensuring that ACE fully supports the Foundation’s mission.
