My favorite part of my job is…

the opportunity to meet and spend time with so many passionate Volunteer supporters. Every donor has a unique connection to the University and distinct reason for why Tennessee holds such a special place in their heart. It is a joy to listen to their stories and help further their connection to UT.

Trust your own path without worrying what other people are doing. Comparing yourself, consciously or subconsciously, to the successes of others isn’t going to propel you forward.
