Login Instructions (Desktop)
- Go to the login page: https://www.utfi.org/ace-login.
- You will be prompted to enter your NetID and password.
- That should do it. If you are unable to log in, please contact your cohort coach.
Updating Your Email in ACE
- Log into ACE.
- Click on your profile pic/icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Update your email address.
- Click Save.
- You will get an email prompting you to verify the update. Click the link in the email.
Login Instructions (Salesforce Mobile App)
If you haven’t completed training, begin by reading the “Mobile App” unit in ACE 103. The first few steps are explained in greater detail there.
- Go to your phone’s app store and download the Salesforce app.
- If you are already logged into the UAT sandbox (as instructed in ACE 103), click on your profile pic in the top-left corner of the app and select “Log Out.” If prompted to Log Out or Cancel, click Log Out.
- From the app login screen, click “Use Custom Domain.”
- In the Custom Domain field, type: universityoftennesseefoundationinc. It’s all one word. And then click “Continue.”
- Click “Log in with UT NetID” at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter and validate your NetID and Password.
- If prompted to Allow Access, click “Allow.”
- That should do it. If you are unable to log in, please contact your cohort coach.
