Below are templates available for UT Foundation use. If you are in need of a template that is not available here, please contact the Office of Communications.
Email is another touch point in maintaining our brand consistency and transparency with alumni, donors and friends of the UT System. To promote our brand and remain in compliance with the UTFI affiliation agreement, our email communications must contain reference to the UT Foundation.
Please review options below to ensure that your email signature is in compliance, as well as represents the UT Foundation appropriately.
General Policies
- Email signatures should be in UT System Gray (RGB: 88/89/91) or black. Other colors are not permissible.
- The preferred font is Arial, size 11. Calibri is also acceptable. Other fonts are not permissible.
- Do not add quotes, taglines or other text outside of current university campaigns or initiatives that have been approved through UTFI Office of Communications or your campus communications and marketing department.

Email Signature Options with Campus Logo
UTFI employees located on a campus or institute may use their campus standard email signature. Please review those standards through your campus communications and marketing department.
To maintain compliance with the UTFI affiliation agreement, emails must include reference to the Foundation by using the primary logo or the text below.
Email Signature with Campus and UTFI Logos
With the campus logo as the primary, the campus identifier is not necessary to include in the email signature. The primary UTFI logo should be used in these signatures.
