NOTE: We have updated our vendor data confidentiality agreements. If you need to share data with a vendor, please contact Lee Ann Craig at [email protected].
This form is intended for individuals that have a direct relationship with UT Advancement, have a legitimate business need to view or receive data stored in the ACE CRM and are not ACE users. Individuals that already have access to ACE do not need to fill out this form. There is a separate data confidentiality agreement process for vendors.
