Transitioning from ANDI to ACE requires rebuilding most of the business processes that drive the Foundation’s fundraising, alumni engagement, and advocacy efforts. We are documenting all of these changes in real-time as we configure ACE and will be gradually building out this Resources section with:

Process Designs After we selected Salesforce and Ascend as the core tools for ACE, we went through a three-month discovery process, reviewing how we currently approach a few key business processes and imaging our ideal future state. During those discussions we captured many of the 1,200 (and counting) requirements identified so far for ACE.
