Data Integrity:
- Bonus Enhancement: UTFI’s new National Change of Address (NCOA) integration with Initium Instant Address is now live in ACE. This daily automated process will ensure our address data is up-to-date.
Reporting:
As part of the Business Intelligence team’s commitment to data accuracy and dashboard optimization, a change in the calculations of “Proposals Delivered Total” and “Proposals Funded Total” will be deployed to the Staff Metric Dashboard tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 25.
Currently, these totals add the full credit amount for every fundraiser assigned to a proposal, resulting in the same proposal being counted multiple times. Going forward, the totals will aggregate the credit amount once per proposal ID, providing a more accurate view of proposals delivered and funded while still ensuring each assigned fundraiser receives full individual credit. This updated calculation also removes manual work many end users have been doing to determine the true proposal value.
